Born and raised in the Northwest, Jody’s bush pilot father and adventuring mother instilled the feeling that all living things were her friends. She began drawing at an early age, and excelled in art - imagination was her inspiration. The Northwest Indian culture nurtured her imagination to include totems and natural wildlife portrayed through lavish watercolors that have captured the hearts of nature lovers and fantasy collectors alike. The Jody Bergsma Galleries are located in Bellingham , Washington where Jody resides with her husband Rocky and their two daughters, Jessica and Sky.
